Domestic Shipping
After ordering processing time is 10-12 working days. Domestic shipping arrives 24hrs or 48hrs after dispatch depending on the shipping option chosen. Tracking information is displayed in the dispatch email.
International Shipping
After ordering processing time is 10-12 working days. International shipping takes 7-14 working days to deliver depending on location. Tracking information is displayed in the dispatch email.
Customs and Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any local taxes or customs charges. If for any reason an item is returned to me due to these charges not being paid, then the customer is responsible for re-postage; or in instances where the item is not re-sent, a15% restocking charge
Returns
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds however we are happy to exchange the size of your item if returned to us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges or refunds are not available for any customised, personalised or seasonal item.
We can offer exchanges for international customers however shipping is to be covered by the customer on both sides.
